If you are experiencing low volume from the player, please check the volume adjustments in a couple places. First there is a volume slider on the media player itself, move that all the way to the right. Next is the volume output on you computer, adjust the volume there. Some computers with external speakers, or an external volume control may need to be adjusted there as well.
